Shipping
All products are shipped with our 90 day express warranty. An extended warranty may be purchased, in which case the extended warrantys terms are valid. All product returns found to be in good working order/condition will have a restock fee of 40% or $25.00, whichever is greater, plus cost of shipping if applicable. All part returns must be received within 30 days from original ship date. All orders are processed and shipped on a queue system, and your order may therefore take up to three (3) business days to complete before it is shipped. All priority/express orders are added to a faster queue, and in most cases are same day shipping.
Returns
All returns must be received by Dolphin Enterprises within 30 days of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number receipt. Replacement of product will not ship until the returned item has been received by Dolphin Enterprises, and may have an additional shipping delay due to replacement product availability.
All items return/received must meet or exceed our express warranty specifications.
Refunds
Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the following reasons:
Delay in shipping receipt.(Product has not yet arrived at our location.)
Delay in inventory receipt of product.
Our check run occurs every Friday, unless that Friday is a company holiday.
